- אִיסְטַרְכִין
- אִיסְטַרְכִיןm. pl. (Ispe. of סרך; cmp. b. h. שְׂרוֹךְ) plaited chords, as a collect, noun fem. a girdle of strips of cloth (used by washers). Y.B. Kam.X, end, 7c היה עביד ליה הדא א׳וכ׳ used to make for himself one girdle of one kind of wool (so as not to be suspected of using strips of the cloths given him for washing).
